AIS offers admissions throughout the year. Admissions meetings and school tours are available by appointment.
To enquire about availability of places, request more information or to book a school visit, please contact the Admissions Office.

AADMISSION PROCESS

 

STEP 1.
Fill out AIS Enrolment Forms

Documents required for application are listed below. Upon review of the applicant’s documents and seat availability, a letter of offer may be made by the school. Literacy and Numeracy assessment can be conducted online or on campus. Students will need to attend an enrolment interview before a placement offer is made.

Please prepare the following documents required for enrolment:
  • Two passport-size photographs of the student
  • Scanned copy of birth certificate
  • Scanned coloured copies of KITAS (for non-Indonesian passport holders)
  • Copy of school reports for the previous two years
  • Copy of all education certificates
  • Copy of English language test results
  • Copy of psychological or educational evaluations/reports
  • Certified translation of all documents that are not in English
  • Immunisation records of the student
  • Scanned coloured copies of passports of students and parents (cover page, photo page, vital information page, expiration date and current visa page)
STEP 2.

If an offer is made and an email acceptance received, applicants will need to complete an Online Application Form and settle a non-refundable application fee paid in Rupiah.

STEP 3.

School Fees invoice can only be issued after completion of the Online Application Form. School Fees are payable by transfer or credit card at the School Cashier and must be settled prior to commencement.
